We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information you provide to us or that we collect about you. Ghost Creative Studio collects, stores and uses your personal information as the party responsible for processing related information in order to provide and develop Ghost Creative Studio products, mobile applications, services and websites (collectively “Services”) in accordance with this privacy policy.

2. What type of information do we collect?

Ghost Creative Studio may receive non-personal data through third parties, in connection with demographics, advertising, surveys or other statistical analysis services. There are situations in which, Ghost Creative Studio only collects personal information that is provided on a voluntary basis. Such situations may be but are not limited to: (1) the use of Ghost Creative Studio mobile and web applications, (2) registration of services, contests and special events; (3) access to services using a third-party identification, such as social networking sites or gaming services; (4) subscription to bulletins; (5) the use of “recommending a friend”, “sharing this application” or other similar characteristics; (6) customer service or technical support. Please be aware that depending on the services offered, it is possible that many of the above situations may not be available and, therefore, your personal information may not be collected.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Ghost Creative Studio reserves the right to use and disclose non personal data collected for the purpose of advertising Ghost Creative Studio in accordance with this privacy policy. Ghost Creative Studio may employ third-party advertising insertion technology that uses certain methods to collect information as a result of the insertion of advertisements through Services. Some services may include the use of advertising during games and/or application sessions, or brand positioning. These types of ads or sponsorships are seen as such within the services. We may use the information you provide to us, or that we collect about you, for any purpose that you consent to, as well as for the following purposes: to notify you of new products, services, features or enhancements, as well as to provide customer service or technical support if you have problems or doubts, as well as to notify you of opportunities for updates, contests, promotions, events or special offers. We may use your personal information for internal marketing, demographic or profile creation purposes in order to better adapt our products and services to your needs. We do this to better understand and serve our customers and in addition, to detect, investigate and prevent activities that may be illegal, or that may violate the Terms of Service of our applications or general services. Please note that personal information submitted by individuals acting on a business basis to Ghost Creative Studio (for example, personal information included in the resume of someone applying for employment) is not subject to the uses described above or to Practices, of any kind, set out in this Privacy Policy.

5. Disclosure and Transfer of your information:

Ghost Creative Studio will not share your personal information with anyone else, except in specific circumstances, where we reserve the right to disclose your personal information in accordance with the law or in special cases, for example, to the extent required by applicable law to a government agency or a law enforcement agency, or for the purpose of crime prevention.

We may share anonymous information, such as information that does not disclose your identity, either directly or indirectly, and aggregated information (which means information about user groups and categories such as game and application statistics, but are not used to identify any particular user, and can not be reasonably used to identify them) as was mentioned in the previous point.

6. Third Party Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that access and use of the services may be subject to certain terms and conditions of third parties and Ghost Creative Studio is not responsible for the use of your personal data by such third parties, since we can not control the activities of those third parties to whom you may provide information, therefore, we can not guarantee that they will adhere to the same security and privacy procedures as Ghost Creative Studio.

Similarly, advertisers or websites with links to our sites may collect your personal information. Remember that this Privacy Policy will not apply, and cannot control the activities of these, or other advertisers or websites.

7. Children's Privacy

Ghost Creative Studio understands the need to provide additional privacy protections for users who are young children. To this end, social network functions and services such as plug-ins, behavior-oriented advertising, and data collection for the purposes of user profiling are not available to users under the age of 14. (Or the legal minimum age to authorize the collection and processing of personal data, where this age is different under applicable law). We urge parents to instruct their children never to provide their real name(s), address(es) or phone number(s) without permission when online. Adolescents under the age of 17, but over 14, should encourage their parents to read this document and contact us if they have any questions. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

8. Security

Ghost Creative Studio has taken all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information, therefore all information collected is kept safe and in its original form. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third parties who receive any information from us provide sufficient protection for your personal information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

9. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (web, applications and games). This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time for a variety of reasons, such as reflecting changes in laws and regulations, changes in industrial practices and technological developments. The most recent version of this Policy will be available at all times on the site. By using our services you unconditionally accept this Privacy Policy.
